Friends receives Community Preservation grant

We are overjoyed to learn that on Tuesday May 14, 2024 the North Andover Town Meeting voted to approve grants from the Community Preservation Fund, including a grant for $480,000 awarded to the Friends of the 1836 Meeting House. This grant, combined with other generous donations from our community, will enable us to replace the siding and insulate two facades of our Meeting House, repair the Bell Tower, repair exterior trim and window glazing, and paint the exterior of the Meeting House. The work will begin this Spring and continue into the Fall. We thank the Residents of the Town of North Andover for voting to approve these funds which will preserve our beloved Meeting House for use by North Parish and the wider community!
